RETURNS
Alpine Pursuit offers a full refund on all non-sale items pursuant to the following conditions;

Returns must be shipped back to Alpine Pursuit within 30 days from the date of purchase. If Alpine Pursuit has not received the item(s) within 30 days, proof of shipment will be required. Extensions may be granted in cases where Alpine Pursuit failed to fulfill the original order within 2 business days.

Item(s) must be in unworn/unwashed condition. Items that do not comply with these standards will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns unless an error was made during order fulfillment.

Returned items should be sent via a shipping method with tracking service and delivery confirmation to protect against damage, loss or theft. Refunds are unable to be provided for any items that are lost or damaged in the return shipment.

Credit for returned items may be refunded back only to the original form of payment.

Item(s) received as gifts may be returned; however, credit for returns may be applied only to the original form of payment.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Stickers are final sale.

EXCHANGES
Alpine Pursuit accepts exchanges on all unused/unwashed items. The replacement item must be of the same value as the original item purchased. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Customers wishing to exchange an item are required to email us at alpinepursuit.bc@gmail.com with the following information;​

Order number of the original item

Item they intend to return to us

Description of the replacement item they wish to receive
Once the exchange has been acknowledged and approved by Alpine Pursuit, the customer must ship the item via a shipping method with a tracking service and provide this information to us via email. Please note Alpine Pursuit cannot be held accountable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. Any items received that are damaged in any way will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
Once Alpine Pursuit has received the returned item, the replacement item will be shipped and the customer will be notified (including tracking information).
